Method Yoga is an integrated training system that synthesizes athletic training, Pilates, and Acrobatic Arts with Vinyasa Yoga to create a symmetry of strength, flexibility, and balance to reshape your body.
Method Yoga boot camps are a great way to elevate your yoga practice immediately in a safe and structured way.
Method Yoga bootcamps will be offered through the Fall/Winter of 2011.
These camps are held at Dolores Park tennis courts in San Francisco.
Bootcamps run for 4 weeks and there are 3 different 4 week training modules.
You may drop in at anytime. If you would like to continue the price will be prorated.
